It is one of the most emblematic vintages of the estate. I have been working this terroir since 2013, my first vintage. It is a terroir with a unique personality, totally the opposite of the cliché of a Pommard. This image of rustic and masculine wines is completely overturned by the elegance and finesse of Clos des Poutures. A light color that I like to keep that way. My philosophy is to reveal the terroir and not go against its personality. This disruptive side makes it one of my favorite wines.
