Glenmorangie 1998 Grand Vintage was matured in a combination of casks, including charred virgin American oak, ex-bourbon casks and oloroso sherry casks for more than two decades, before being bottled in 2022. Aromas of buttery, vanilla, chocolate orange and sweet chilli fill the nose, complemented by notes of sugared almonds, dark chocolate, blackberries, oak and baking spice throughout the palate.
