Non-chill-filtered and bottled at 92 proof, it’s rich and complex, and may even be described as meaty or chewy. Add a drop or two of water to coax out the cinnamon and butterscotch notes. It won a Double Gold medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
