This strong and concentrated blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc was made by Diana Snowden Seysses of Burgundy’s famed Domaine Dujac. Fruit hails from dry-farmed soils and is co-fermented with native yeasts and aged in oak, 35% of which is new. The final wine is plush and balanced, marked by well-integrated tannins, dark fruit, and a lengthy finish. Only 300 cases produced.
