My family owned and traded great wines on the cote de Nuit until the 1960s. It is therefore with great pride that I manage to pay tribute to my ancestors by working on these cuvées. The plots of this mythical grand cru are between Clos Vougeot and Vosne-Romanée. They belonged at the time to the Abbey of Cîteaux. With a very hot and very early vintage, I was quite worried about the style of the wines. With a nice mastery of the entire harvest, the wine completely reassures me. Incredibly dense, fresh and complex. This grand cru holds its rank.
