A cask strength single malt from Argyll distillery Ardnamurchan, made with a vatting of 94% peated and 6% un-peated spirit. 88% is done in bourbon casks and 12% in sherry casks. AD09.22 has notes of orchard fruit, smoked cheese, chippy at the seaside, oystershells, eucalyptus.The palate is reminiscent of cigar box, bonfire embers, butterscotch, galangal, brine, and hay bales.
